Hey, it's 2006!!

It's a New Year and I'm feeling like a change....so now my blog looks like it's been colour-coordinated by my five-year-old daughter. But pink is happy, pink is cheerful, and being in a five-year-old frame of mind is not so bad either. (When I leapt, fully clothed, into the paddle pool with my kids this afternoon, I felt so happy that I decided I will act like a child more often this year).

Wishing you all a very happy New Year!! May the year ahead bring many joys.

Cool look. When I opened your site just now, I thought I had fallen into a warp or something, because Alipurr has chosen the exact same template for her blog. I thought I was seeing double. Great minds think alike.

Congratulations on having the courage to get down and really play with your kids. I'm sure they got a really big kick out of it.

I've heard that pink is the new black. ;-)

Love it! Good look for you, hope it reflects your mood this year. BTW, thanks on the birthday greeting, but it is not my birthday and I am not 60! My parents were married 60 years ago on 12/28, but I was born many years later! Here's to the beginning of a great year for you!

I would love to jump into the pool with the kids but it's like 34 degrees so I guess I'll wait awhile. But the acting like a child more often sounds great.

Pink is Power

Hope the New Year brings you many great things for you and your family!!

I thought I'd clicked someone else's blog, but was relieved to find my dear Jellyhead literally 'in the pink'. As Heather says "Pink is the new Black", and it certainly appears that way when you walk into the shops.

I hope the 'inner child' will surface often during the year. Have a great year, Jelly.
